When things go wrong take a walk

Sometimes when things go wrong I take a long walk and think clearly with a deep slow breath. Walking turns to be a valid treatment for the confusion, stress, and nervous tiredness someone might have. It allows the one to relax and relief when going through faces, buildings, trees, and so on with no disruption by calls or by chats. Just walking with thinking to reach the benefits of it. However, it is not necessary this treatment to work with everyone, but try it once and see how it works with you .. that’s my recommended treatment to relief, so what’s yours? .. please share it with us .. thanks in advance
